Terms of Service

TRION is currently a closed beta, simulation-only, paper-only trading research and validation workstation. TRION Beta is not a live trading system, broker, investment adviser, exchange, financial adviser, or guaranteed profitability product.

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using TRION, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclaimer, the AI Disclaimer, and any Beta Participation Terms provided to you.

You must not use TRION unless you accept the current versions of these documents.

TRION records the document versions you accepted, together with the acceptance timestamp and relevant beta identifier.

2. Eligibility

You may use TRION only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you are invited to the closed beta;
  • you can legally use TRION in your location;
  • you are not prohibited from using the service by applicable law;
  • you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

TRION may refuse, suspend, or terminate beta access at any time, especially if continued access creates legal, security, regulatory, or product-safety risk.

3. Closed Beta Nature

TRION is being provided as a closed beta product. Beta software may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.

You understand and agree that:

  • features may change, break, or be removed;
  • data may be reset or deleted during beta;
  • uptime is not guaranteed;
  • outputs may be incorrect or incomplete;
  • TRION may collect debugging, telemetry, AI prompt, and usage data as explained in the Privacy Policy;
  • closed beta access does not guarantee future access to public, paid, or production versions.

4. Current Product Boundary

During the current beta, TRION is intended for:

  • strategy research;
  • strategy validation;
  • AI-assisted strategy drafting;
  • market-intelligence review;
  • backtesting over stored historical data;
  • simulation-only/paper-only workflows;
  • product feedback and testing.

TRION Beta currently does not provide:

  • live trading;
  • broker integration;
  • exchange execution APIs;
  • real orders;
  • fills;
  • positions;
  • runtime profit and loss;
  • autonomous trading;
  • investment advice;
  • tax, legal, or financial planning advice.

5. No Investment, Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

TRION is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, financial adviser, legal adviser, or tax adviser.

TRION content, AI outputs, market context, strategy drafts, TradeQuality analysis, validation results, backtests, warnings, explanations, and simulations are provided for informational, research, and educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for any financial, trading, investment, legal, or tax decisions you make outside TRION.

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.

6. No Live Trading or Real-Money Use in Beta

You must not use TRION Beta as a live trading tool or real-money trading decision system.

You must not connect TRION Beta to broker accounts, exchange execution APIs, real-money trading accounts, or order-placement systems unless TRION has explicitly released such functionality in writing under separate reviewed terms.

Any future live trading, if ever implemented, would require separate safety design, separate user opt-in, separate legal terms, separate risk controls, and separate regulatory review.

7. AI Features

TRION may include AI-assisted features, including Strategy Builder, explanations, draft strategy proposals, and market-context summaries.

AI features are advisory only. AI may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.

AI output does not constitute:

  • investment advice;
  • a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade;
  • validation approval;
  • risk approval;
  • execution authority;
  • legal or tax advice;
  • a guarantee of accuracy, performance, or profitability.

You must independently review all AI outputs before relying on them for any purpose.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • use TRION only for lawful beta testing, research, validation, and simulation;
  • keep your beta access credentials, invite links, or identifiers secure;
  • provide accurate feedback where possible;
  • not submit secrets, broker credentials, exchange API keys, payment card information, or sensitive personal information;
  • not use TRION for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or harmful activity;
  • not use TRION outputs as a substitute for professional financial advice;
  • not represent TRION outputs as guaranteed, verified, or profitable trading advice.

9. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • use TRION for live trading during beta;
  • connect TRION to real-money execution systems;
  • use TRION to manipulate markets;
  • use TRION to violate exchange, broker, platform, or market rules;
  • use TRION to develop unlawful trading schemes;
  • reverse engineer, modify, or bypass safety systems except as permitted by law or written authorization;
  • extract, scrape, or misuse data beyond intended beta use;
  • attempt to access systems, accounts, logs, prompts, or data belonging to other users;
  • submit malware, secrets, or harmful content;
  • overload, attack, or disrupt TRION services;
  • remove legal notices, safety notices, or disclaimers.

10. User Content and Feedback

You may provide prompts, strategy ideas, feedback, bug reports, comments, and other content.

You retain any rights you have in your own content, but you grant TRION a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, analyze, modify, and process that content to operate, debug, improve, secure, and develop TRION.

For beta feedback, you grant TRION permission to use feedback, suggestions, and ideas without obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.

11. TRION Intellectual Property

TRION, including its software, designs, workflows, architecture, documentation, names, logos, and related materials, is owned by TRION or its licensors.

Except for the limited beta access granted to you, these Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

12. Beta License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TRION grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the beta app solely for closed beta testing, research, feedback, and simulation-only use.

You may not distribute the beta app, publish access links, share private builds, sell access, or provide access to unauthorized users.

13. Data, Logs, and Privacy

TRION may collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy, including app logs, AI prompts, chat messages, strategy drafts, backtest metadata, support requests, and beta telemetry.

You may request data export, deletion, or correction through the app UI where available or by contacting TRION.

14. Third-Party Services

TRION may depend on third-party services, including AI providers, hosting providers, data providers, and infrastructure providers.

TRION is not responsible for third-party service outages, changes, data errors, or limitations, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Your use of TRION may be affected by third-party service terms, availability, and limitations.

15. Market Data and Simulation Accuracy

Market data, derived indicators, simulations, backtests, warnings, and AI explanations may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your use.

Backtests and simulations are not guarantees of future performance.

TRION must not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

16. Disclaimers

TRION is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRION disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, profitability, regulatory suitability, and error-free operation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRION and its operators, contributors, suppliers, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • trading losses;
  • investment losses;
  • lost profits;
  • lost opportunities;
  • data loss;
  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages;
  • reliance on AI outputs, simulations, backtests, market data, or research content;
  • service interruptions or third-party failures.

18. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold TRION harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of TRION, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or violation of third-party rights.

19. Suspension and Termination

TRION may suspend or terminate your beta access if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • you misuse the product;
  • your use creates legal, security, operational, or regulatory risk;
  • the beta ends;
  • TRION decides to stop offering the beta or any feature.

You may stop using TRION at any time and may request deletion or export of eligible personal data.

20. Changes to Terms

TRION may update these Terms during beta. If material changes are made, TRION will notify users and require acceptance of the new version before continued use.

The app stores the accepted version and timestamp.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Because TRION may accept global users, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected where applicable law so requires.
