1. Core Beta Boundary
TRION Beta is a simulation-only and paper-only research, validation, and market-intelligence workstation.
TRION Beta is not:
- a live trading platform;
- a broker;
- an exchange;
- an investment adviser;
- a financial adviser;
- a real-money order system;
- an autonomous trading bot;
- a guaranteed profit system.
TRION Beta does not provide live trading, broker integration, exchange execution APIs, real orders, fills, positions, runtime PnL, or real-money portfolio management.
2. No Investment Advice
TRION does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
All information, market context, AI output, strategy drafts, TradeQuality warnings, validation results, backtest results, charts, indicators, simulations, and explanations are provided for informational, educational, research, and simulation purposes only.
Nothing in TRION is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, invest, short, leverage, hedge, or take any financial action.
You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
3. Trading Is Risky
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You can lose money, including all capital used for trading or investing. Certain instruments, such as cryptocurrency, derivatives, leveraged products, margin products, options, futures, and highly volatile assets, may involve especially high risk.
Market conditions can change rapidly. Liquidity may disappear. Slippage, spreads, fees, volatility, outages, liquidation mechanisms, exchange rules, counterparty risk, and regulatory changes can materially affect outcomes.
TRION Beta is not designed to protect you from losses in any real-world market.
4. Simulation and Paper Trading Limitations
Simulation and paper trading are not the same as real trading.
Simulated results may fail to reflect:
- actual liquidity;
- fees and commissions;
- spreads;
- slippage;
- latency;
- partial fills;
- rejected orders;
- exchange outages;
- broker restrictions;
- market impact;
- liquidation dynamics;
- emotional and behavioral factors;
- changing market regimes;
- tax consequences.
Even if a strategy performs well in backtests or simulations, it may perform poorly in real markets.
5. Backtest and Historical Data Limitations
Backtests and historical simulations are based on historical data and assumptions. They are not guarantees of future performance.
Backtest results may be affected by:
- data quality;
- missing data;
- incorrect assumptions;
- overfitting;
- survivorship bias;
- look-ahead bias;
- timeframe selection;
- market regime changes;
- limited sample size;
- implementation differences between simulated and real trading.
You should not rely on backtest results as proof that a strategy will be profitable.
6. Market Data and Indicator Limitations
TRION may display market data, candles, indicators, liquidity context, derivatives context, and strategy context from supported data sources.
This information may be:
- delayed;
- missing;
- incomplete;
- stale;
- inaccurate;
- unavailable;
- misinterpreted by software or AI systems;
- unsuitable for your intended use.
TRION must not be used as your only market data source for real-money decisions.
7. TradeQuality Limitations
TradeQuality is deterministic advisory context only. It may show warnings, blockers, missing data, freshness status, and safety flags.
TradeQuality is not:
- a trading signal;
- a score;
- a verdict;
- a probability estimate;
- an expected-profit estimate;
- a buy/sell/hold recommendation;
- risk approval;
- execution authority.
A lack of warnings does not mean a trade is safe, good, profitable, or suitable.
8. AI Output Limitations
TRION may use AI to assist with strategy ideas, explanations, and research workflows.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, hallucinated, or unsafe if used without review.
AI output is not:
- investment advice;
- a verified strategy;
- a trading recommendation;
- a guarantee of accuracy;
- an approval decision;
- an activation decision;
- an execution decision;
- a substitute for professional judgment.
You must review and validate all AI outputs independently.
9. No Guarantee of Profit or Performance
TRION does not guarantee:
- profits;
- returns;
- win rate;
- accuracy;
- signal quality;
- risk reduction;
- market prediction accuracy;
- data completeness;
- uninterrupted availability;
- strategy performance;
- suitability for any user or market.
Any examples, demos, simulations, screenshots, or explanations are illustrative and not promises of performance.
10. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- understanding the risks of trading and investing;
- deciding whether any strategy, idea, or research output is suitable for you;
- obtaining professional advice where appropriate;
- complying with applicable laws and platform rules;
- avoiding real-money reliance on beta outputs;
- reviewing all AI outputs and simulations critically;
- not using TRION Beta for live trading or broker/exchange execution.
11. Future Trading Features
TRION may have a long-term product vision that includes paper trading automation, signal generation, or optional user-controlled live trading research in the future.
Those features are not part of the current beta unless separately released in writing with explicit user opt-in, technical guardrails, risk controls, audit controls, and legal review.
No future vision statement should be interpreted as a current product capability.
12. Acceptance
You must accept this Risk Disclaimer before using TRION Beta.
TRION stores the accepted version and timestamp.
If this Risk Disclaimer is updated materially, TRION may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
