1. AI Is Used in TRION
TRION includes AI-assisted features. These features may help users:
- describe strategy ideas;
- generate draft strategy concepts;
- explain market context;
- explain TradeQuality warnings and blockers;
- summarize validation or backtest results;
- ask research questions;
- improve workflow understanding.
When you use these features, you are interacting with AI-assisted software.
2. AI Is Advisory Only
TRION AI features are advisory and assistive only.
AI does not:
- provide investment advice;
- provide financial advice;
- provide legal or tax advice;
- guarantee accuracy;
- guarantee profitability;
- approve strategies;
- activate strategies;
- place trades;
- create real execution authority;
- replace deterministic validation;
- replace risk controls;
- replace human review.
You must independently review all AI outputs before relying on them.
3. AI Can Be Wrong
AI outputs may be:
- inaccurate;
- incomplete;
- outdated;
- misleading;
- hallucinated;
- internally inconsistent;
- based on incomplete context;
- unsuitable for your strategy, market, jurisdiction, or risk tolerance.
Do not treat AI output as verified truth.
4. No Trading Recommendation
AI-generated content in TRION is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, invest, trade, leverage, short, hedge, or take any financial action.
Even if an AI-generated response discusses market direction, strategy ideas, risk, or trade setup concepts, it remains informational and research-oriented only.
5. Current Beta Restrictions
In the current beta, AI must not:
- approve a StrategyDraft;
- activate a strategy;
- create BUY/SELL runtime signals;
- publish runtime events;
- call risk or execution systems;
- create paper orders;
- create real orders;
- create fills;
- create positions;
- calculate runtime PnL;
- connect to brokers or exchanges for execution.
Current TRION Beta remains simulation-only and paper-only.
6. AI and Market Context
TRION may provide AI with curated market context, StrategyContextSnapshot summaries, TradeQuality warnings, or other product context.
This context may be missing, stale, incomplete, or unavailable. AI may misunderstand or overstate the meaning of market context.
Market context and AI explanations are not trading signals and not execution authority.
7. AI and StrategyDrafts
AI may help create candidate strategy drafts or explain strategy ideas.
A strategy draft is not approved merely because AI generated it. Before any strategy is used in a workflow, it must pass the applicable TRION validation, safety, and user-review steps.
No AI-generated strategy should be treated as safe, profitable, approved, or ready for real-money use.
8. AI Prompt and Chat Data
TRION may store AI prompts, chat messages, AI outputs, request metadata, and related logs for debugging, support, product improvement, safety review, abuse prevention, and usage/cost management.
Do not submit:
- broker credentials;
- exchange API keys;
- passwords;
- seed phrases;
- payment information;
- government IDs;
- private keys;
- confidential third-party information;
- highly sensitive personal information.

9. Human Responsibility
You remain responsible for:
- reading AI outputs critically;
- checking facts;
- checking assumptions;
- understanding strategy risk;
- validating strategy logic;
- deciding what to do outside TRION;
- seeking professional advice where appropriate.
TRION AI is a support tool, not a decision-maker.
10. Future AI Automation
TRION's long-term product vision may include AI-assisted signals, paper trading, trade monitoring, or optional user-controlled automation.
Those features are not part of the current beta unless separately released with explicit user opt-in, technical controls, legal terms, risk limits, audit logs, and legal review.
AI must never receive hidden or default execution authority.
11. Acceptance
You must accept this AI Disclaimer before using TRION Beta or AI features.
TRION stores the accepted version and timestamp.
If this AI Disclaimer is updated materially, TRION may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
