Closed Beta Participation Terms

1. Closed Beta Program

TRION is inviting selected users to test a closed beta version of its AI-assisted trading research, validation, market-intelligence, and simulation workstation.

Participation is voluntary and invite-only. TRION may accept, reject, suspend, or terminate beta participation at any time.

2. Relationship to Other Terms

By participating in the TRION closed beta, you agree to:

If there is a conflict between these Beta Participation Terms and the general Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless TRION states otherwise in writing.

3. Eligibility

You may participate only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you were invited by TRION;
  • you can legally participate from your location;
  • you are not using TRION for live trading or real-money execution;
  • you agree to comply with all beta safety rules.

4. Beta Purpose

The purpose of the closed beta is to test, evaluate, debug, and improve TRION.

TRION may use beta activity, feedback, app logs, AI prompts, strategy drafts, backtest metadata, support messages, and usage information to improve reliability, safety, user experience, and product quality, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. No Payment in First Beta

The first closed beta is not a paid subscription or paid investment service unless TRION separately states otherwise in writing under updated legal terms.

Closed beta participation does not guarantee free access to any future public, paid, or production version.

6. Beta Software Is Experimental

You understand that beta software may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.

TRION may:

  • add, remove, or change features;
  • reset beta data;
  • disable parts of the app;
  • limit usage;
  • suspend AI features;
  • change data retention;
  • end the beta program;
  • require new legal acceptance before continued use.

7. Simulation-Only and Paper-Only Use

TRION Beta is simulation-only and paper-only.

You must not use the beta for:

  • live trading;
  • broker integration;
  • real-money order placement;
  • exchange execution;
  • investment advice;
  • financial recommendations to others;
  • trading signals for real capital;
  • market manipulation;
  • unlawful activity.

TRION Beta currently does not provide live execution, real orders, fills, positions, runtime PnL, or broker connectivity.

8. Feedback

You may provide feedback, bug reports, comments, suggestions, screenshots, recordings, or ideas.

Unless separately agreed in writing, you grant TRION permission to use your feedback without compensation to improve, develop, test, market, and operate TRION.

You should not include confidential third-party information, secrets, broker credentials, exchange API keys, or sensitive personal information in feedback.

9. Confidentiality

Unless TRION gives written permission, you may not publicly share private beta builds, invite links, unreleased screenshots, internal roadmap details, private documentation, or non-public technical information.

10. Publicity and Screenshots

Do not publish screenshots, videos, reviews, benchmarks, performance claims, strategy outputs, AI outputs, or beta details without TRION's written permission, unless TRION has explicitly allowed public sharing.

This is especially important because beta outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not representative of the final product.

11. Data Collection During Beta

TRION may collect and process beta data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

  • beta participant information;
  • app usage;
  • logs;
  • error reports;
  • AI prompts and AI outputs;
  • strategy drafts;
  • validation and backtest workflow data;
  • support requests;
  • legal acceptance records.

TRION intends to provide UI tools for data export, deletion, and correction requests from the start of the closed beta.

12. Security and Responsible Use

You agree to:

  • keep beta access private;
  • not share installer files or private builds unless authorized;
  • report bugs and security issues responsibly;
  • not attempt unauthorized access;
  • not bypass safety controls;
  • not submit secrets or credentials;
  • not attack, overload, or disrupt TRION systems;
  • promptly notify TRION if you believe your beta access has been compromised.

13. No Warranty

The beta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TRION makes no guarantees that the beta will be accurate, reliable, secure, uninterrupted, profitable, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRION is not liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss, reliance on AI output, reliance on simulations, service interruptions, or indirect/consequential damages.

15. Termination of Beta Access

TRION may terminate your beta access at any time, with or without notice, including if:

  • you violate beta rules;
  • you misuse the product;
  • you create legal, security, regulatory, or operational risk;
  • the beta program ends;
  • TRION decides to limit access.

After termination, your rights to use the beta app and services stop. Data retention and deletion requests are handled according to the Privacy Policy.

16. Updates to Beta Terms

TRION may update these Beta Participation Terms during the beta. Material changes require renewed acceptance before continued beta use.

The app stores the accepted version and timestamp.
